Everly Accounting Solutions

What we do

Four services. One rhythm.

Everly handles the recording, the reporting, the filing and the advice — as one connected service rather than four vendors who don't talk to each other. Because the same firm keeps your books all year, nothing has to be reconstructed at tax time and no one has to be brought up to speed.

Services

Start with what you need. Add the rest when it earns its place.

Bookkeeping & monthly close

Ledger maintenance, bank and card reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll reconciliation, and a clean month-end and year-end close delivered by business day 10.

Financial reporting

A monthly statement set plus budget-to-actual variance and the three or four numbers that actually move your business — written so you can hand it to a lender or a board without translating it.

The rhythm

You'll know exactly what arrives, and when.

Every competitor promises "timely" financials. Here is the actual schedule, and you can hold us to it.

  1. Business day03

    Feeds reconciled

Every bank and credit card account matched and categorized. Anything we can't identify comes to you as one short list — not forty emails.

  2. Business day06

    AP run & AR aging

Bills queued for your approval, receivables aging sent, and the accounts worth a phone call flagged before they age another month.

  3. Business day10

    Books closed

Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement and budget-to-actual delivered. Zero uncategorized transactions.

  4. Business day12

    Review call

Thirty minutes on what changed, what it means, and the one or two decisions sitting in front of you this month.

Cadence applies to Essential plans and above. Starter plans close by business day 15 with a quarterly review call.

Questions

About working with us.

What does a bookkeeper actually do each month?

A bookkeeper records and categorizes every transaction, reconciles each bank and credit card account against its statement, manages bills and invoices, and closes the month so the financial statements are accurate. Everly delivers that close by business day 10, with zero uncategorized transactions.

Can I use just one service instead of all four?

Yes. Most clients start with bookkeeping and add reporting or advisory as they grow. If a service isn't useful to you, it isn't in your plan and you don't pay for it.

Do you work with businesses outside the Eastern Shore?

Yes. The work is done remotely, so location isn't a constraint — though we know Maryland, Delaware and Virginia filing requirements best because that's where most of our clients are.

Bring us your worst month.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no pitch deck. We'll tell you what we'd fix first and roughly what it would cost — even if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
