Everly Accounting Solutions

About

A small firm, on purpose.

Everly Accounting Solutions is an accounting practice based in Delmar, Maryland, serving small businesses and nonprofit organizations across the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia — and, because the work is done remotely, businesses beyond it.

What we believe

Three things that shape how we work.

Accounting is a service, not a filing

Records nobody reads are a compliance cost. The point of clean books is that someone can tell you what they mean and what to do next — which is why every plan includes a conversation, not just a report.

A schedule beats a promise

Everyone says "timely". We publish the actual days: reconciled by business day 3, closed by day 10, reviewed by day 12. It's falsifiable, which is exactly why it's worth saying.

Price shouldn't be a negotiation

Our rates are on the website. The consultation is for scoping the work, not for finding out whether you can afford to have the conversation.

Where we work

Rooted on the Shore.

We're based in Delmar and work with businesses and nonprofits across Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset counties in Maryland, Sussex County in Delaware, and Accomack and Northampton counties in Virginia — Salisbury, Fruitland, Laurel, Seaford, Ocean City, Berlin, Cambridge, Accomac, Onancock and the towns between.

Most of the work happens remotely, which means we can serve clients beyond the region as easily as next door. It also means we're not limited to businesses that can drive to an office.

The team

Who you'll work with.

Build note — highest-priority content gap. This section needs real people: names, photos, credentials (CPA / EA / QuickBooks ProAdvisor), and years in practice. Accounting is a trust purchase and every competitor names their team. See docs/02-strategy-and-positioning.md §7.

Team member — to be added

Name, role, credential. One or two sentences on what they handle and how long they've been doing it.

Team member — to be added

If the firm is one person, say so plainly — a named sole practitioner outperforms an anonymous "team" every time.

Credentials & affiliations

CPA, EA, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Xero Advisor, chamber memberships, years in practice, client count.
