Who we are
Everly Accounting Solutions is an accounting practice based in Delmar, Maryland. You can reach us at info@everly-accounting.com or (443) 614-3349.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a consultation we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your business. If you become a client, we collect the financial records necessary to perform the engagement — bank and credit card data, payroll information, tax documents and supporting records.
Our website collects standard technical information such as pages visited and referring source. The Financial Health Score tool runs entirely in your browser: your answers are never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to perform the services you engage us for, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and to send you information you have asked to receive. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary to deliver the service or comply with the law: our software providers (such as our accounting platform and secure document exchange), your other professional advisers where you have asked us to coordinate with them, and government authorities where required by law or regulation.
How long we keep it
Client records are retained for the period required by professional and tax regulations, generally seven years after the end of the engagement. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months.
How we protect it
Financial records are held in access-controlled, encrypted systems. We use secure document exchange rather than email for sensitive material, and access is limited to team members working on your engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain. Email info@everly-accounting.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage necessary to remember your light or dark theme preference, which stays in your browser. TK — update this section if analytics or marketing cookies are added.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes affecting clients, notify you directly.
