What we collect
When you send a quote request, a contact form or an email, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property details and any message you choose to give us. We use those details to prepare a quote, schedule work and stay in touch about it.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not pass them to third parties for marketing. Access to client records is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Keys, codes and access
Where a client provides a key, a code or lockbox access, it is recorded against that client only, held securely, and returned or removed when service ends.
Cookies
This site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember that you have passed the welcome screen for the current session. It is cleared when you close the browser and it is not used to track you.
