What a standard clean covers
Surfaces, floors, kitchens and bathrooms, dusting, fans, cobwebs, base boards, door frames, light switches, blinds, window bases and the garbage. It is a full house, every visible surface, done to a checklist. On a house that is already in decent order, it is all you need, forever.
What a deep clean adds
Everything above, plus the places that only get touched occasionally: inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside the cabinets, molding and trim by hand, interior windows, behind and under moveable furniture, and a proper descaling of the bathrooms.
How to tell which you need
- Has the house had a professional clean in the last three months? Standard.
- Moving in, moving out, or listing it? Deep, every time.
- Is there visible build up on the trim, in the shower, or on the oven glass? Deep.
- Just had a renovation, a party or the holidays? Deep.
- Trying us for the first time on a well kept house? Standard is usually fine.
