Dispatch

Orders are printed and packed in [CITY, STATE] and leave within 2 business days. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel goes out. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days once dispatched and is free on orders over [FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD]. Express takes 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee, and they slip around holidays.

Returns

Faulty or wrong items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order — it is faster, and it stops your size selling out while a parcel is in transit.
