Safe T Stor started with a simple idea: clean, secure storage at fair prices, run by people who actually live in the community. No call centers, no introductory rates that quietly jump after the first month, no anonymous corporate ownership.

Our facility sits in a quiet Sturtevant neighborhood — just 2 miles from I-94 for easy in-and-out, far enough off the highway to stay calm and uncluttered. We keep the place clean, dry, and well-lit, and we keep the rental process about as simple as it gets: one phone call, contract by email, key directions by text. Same day in many cases.

We're not the biggest storage operation in southeast Wisconsin. We're not trying to be. For over 25 years, we've been the one that picks up the phone, knows the area, and treats every renter like a neighbor — because most of them are.

Bob

Bob is the owner of Safe T Stor and the one who keeps the property running. The cameras, the lights, the paved drives, the locks, the lot itself — if it has to work right, that's Bob's department. Most days you'll find him on-site, checking that things are tidy, the gravel's smooth, and every unit is dry and ready for the next renter.

A storage facility is only as good as how it's maintained. We don't cut corners — that's just how we'd want it if it were our stuff in there.

Robin handles the office side of Safe T Stor — the one who picks up the phone when you call, emails the contract, and texts you the key-pickup directions. She knows the area, knows the regulars, and she's built the rental process to be as painless as it is in any small town: a real conversation, a same-day handshake, done.
