Three things worth having ready. None of them are required — we’ll work it out together either way.

01 Roughly what you’re after A service name is plenty: “cut and colour”, “my curls need help”. The full menu lists everything with times, and the lookbook is there if a picture is easier than words.

02 Whether you have a specialist in mind If you’ve seen someone before, or someone’s work caught your eye on the team page, say so. No preference is a perfectly good answer — we’ll match you.

03 A couple of windows that work Colour and correction take longer than you’d think — two to four hours. Bring a little flexibility and it’s easier to place you well.

First-time colour may need a patch test in advance: [ patch-test policy to confirm ]. Ask when you call.
