Our Story

McDugout Pub & Grill has been a cornerstone of the Lannon community since its founding. What started as a small family dream has grown into a beloved local establishment where friends gather, families celebrate, and neighbors become family.

From Ireland to Wisconsin

Our founder, Sean McDugout, brought his passion for authentic Irish hospitality to Wisconsin in 1996. With recipes passed down through generations and a vision to create a gathering place that felt like home, McDugout Pub & Grill was born.

The pub quickly became known for its warm atmosphere, hearty food, and the kind of welcome that makes everyone feel like they belong. Today, we continue that tradition, serving up traditional Irish fare alongside American favorites, all in an environment where stories are shared and memories are made.

Sean McDugout

Owner & Founder

Born in Dublin, Sean has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. His passion for Irish culture and hospitality is evident in every aspect of McDugout Pub & Grill.

Mike O'Connor

Head Chef

With a culinary degree and Irish roots, Mike brings authenticity and innovation to our menu. His corned beef is legendary in Lannon and beyond.

Kathy Ryan

Bar Manager

A certified mixologist with a passion for Irish whiskey, Kathy oversees our bar operations and is always ready with a story or recommendation.
